Julia Serebro, Senior Marketing Manager Asia, SolarEdge

For the past two years, Julia has been leading the development and implementation of SolarEdge’s marketing strategy and activities in India and Asia. She has 15+ years’ experience in strategic market planning, forming strong business partnerships and developing growth strategies for both B2B and B2C categories.

Ivan Saha, BU Head of Manufacturing and CTO, Vikram Solar

Mr. Saha, a postgraduate engineer from IIT Kanpur, has over 27 years of industry experience in technology development, large-scale manufacturing, innovation and process engineering, along with R&D in semiconductors and PV cells and modules. He has handled challenging leadership assignments at Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and Moser Baer. As BU Head of manufacturing Mr. Saha is leading the manufacturing business vertical and technology teams of Vikram Solar and is responsible for delivering business results, research, innovation and new product development, assuring the Company’s continued ascent in PV space.

Vivek Chaturvedi, Regional Business Director – Solar (India, Middle East & Africa), DSM Advanced Solar

With DSM since 2015, Vivek Chaturvedi was appointed Regional Director for DSM’s solar business in India, Middle East and Africa regions in April 2017. Prior to this he was Country Manager for DSM’s solar business in India. A solar enthusiast, Vivek has been instrumental in shaping India’s PV industry since 2009, participating in most parts of the solar value chain in India and around the world. He promoted and established “Make in India” by launching the Indian PV panel brand in more than 30 countries between 2009 and 2013 and established India’s number one brand in Solar EPC between 2012 and 2014. He co-chaired the FICCI Solar Energy Task Force since its inception in 2010 till 2015, and was one of the founding members of the Indian Solar Manufacturers Association (ISMA).

Ritu Lal, Senior VP and Head - Institutional Relations, Amplus Solar

Ritu heads the Institutional Relations division and leads Amplus’s engagement with Industry bodies, government agencies etc. She has previously led the Business Development portfolio. Her experience and skill sets give her a unique understanding of industry requirements as well as business and regulatory issues. She has diverse geographical exposure – other than India, she has worked in Europe, and has also been responsible for managing the Asia-Pacific, Middle-East & Africa regions.

Rashi Gupta, Director, Vision Mechatronics

Dr. Rashi Gupta, fondly known as “Batterywali of India”, is the pioneer of manufacturing of Advanced Lithium Batteries in India. She is the founder director of M/s Vision Mechatronics Private Ltd, leading it towards a name to reckon for in the field of Robotics, Renewable Energy & Energy Storage. She’s been fearless & ferocious in making a name for herself & the company in a market filled with Goliaths. She holds degrees of BE, MBA, LLM, & PhD to her title. She is a committee member of Bureau of Indian Standards for Batteries(ETD-11), Energy Storage(ETD-52) and E-Mobility(ETD-51). She is also Member of International ElectroTechnical Commission(IEC TC120). She is also a committee member of National Energy Storage Committee- FICCI, Vice Chair-India SBC, Chairperson-Womens India SBC.

Rishabh Jain, Manager – Market Intelligence Centre for Energy Finance, CEEW Centre for Energy Finance

Rishabh is a public policy practitioner with a keen interest in renewable energy. He leads the Market Intelligence vertical of Center for Energy Finance at Council on Energy Environment and Water. CEEW is an independent, non-partisan, not-for-profit policy research institution, devoted to research on all matters affecting the use, reuse, and misuse of resources

Surbhi Singhvi, Senior Manager - Consulting, BRIDGE TO INDIA

Surbhi specializes in analyzing market trends, new technological developments and policies in the solar sector. At BRIDGE TO INDIA, she has been involved in devising market entry strategies and expansion plans for various leading companies in the renewable energy market. She has also led various assignments as part of the company’s policy advocacy work. Prior to joining BRIDGE TO INDIA, she worked with CUTS International, CEEW and India Infrastructure. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and a Masters in Economics from GIPE, Pune.

Debi Prasad Dash, Executive Director, India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA)

Debi Prasad Dash is currently working as the Executive Director, India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA) at Customized Energy Solutions He has been involved in techno-commercial feasibility, strategy formulation and consulting in emerging technology areas like energy storage, battery, renewable integration, smart grid, electric vehicle infrastructure and microgrids. He is involved in policy recommendations for the energy storage & EV roadmap for India, manufacturing policy for advanced energy storage technologies and development of ancillary markets in India. He takes the lead in new strategic partnership and MOVE initiatives of IESA. He is currently part of BIS Energy Storage Standards Committee (ETD-52) and takes active role in policy advocacy to both central & state governments in India. He also leads bilateral partnership and facilitates market entry for multiple foreign companies to India. He speaks at various national and international energy storage & EV Conferences.

Arjun Raaj, Sales Director, ET Solar India

Arjun has been Associated with the sale of solar panels for the past 10 years, and has been associated with many projects in India to the tune to 500 MW. He is a strong advocate for clean energy, and has held rallies in Chennai promoting clean energy for India. He completed his engineering in Chennai and MBA in Singapore.

Shreenidhi Sharma, Manager (PE-Solar), NTPC

Mr. Shreenidhi, Manager-Renewable Energy (RE), embarked on the solar journey with NTPC, India’s biggest power producer. He has an experience of 8+ years in the Power Sector. He is handling multiple projects of the Engineering team which focusses on Designing and Executing Large-Scale Solar PV plants. His areas of Specialization include Solar Energy Yield Assessment and PV Modules. He was awarded Gold Medal by the Power Minister of India in 2009 for his exemplary performance in NTPC. European Union granted him Scholarship to pursue Masters Degree Course in Electrical Power Systems focusing on Renewables. Post his Masters degree, he has dedicated himself to the exciting world of renewable energy.
