The leak-proof, all PTFE/UHMW fluid-path, icing-resistant plastic design provides constant, reliable, and safe operation – even with the most corrosive chemicals. The pumps are available in 1/2-inch (PSD08) and 1-inch (PSD16) models with optional materials to meet the abrasion, temperature, and chemical compatibility requirements of many applications.

The PSD08 and PSD16 AODD pumps offer improved performance, optimized efficiency, simplified maintenance, and reduced noise levels. Their leak-proof, icing-resistant plastic design provides constant, reliable, and safe operation.

PSD Series pumps offer high-tech industries, such as semiconductor, solar, and LED, cost-effective means for chemical distribution, reclaim, and bulk transport processes. They are also ideal for industrial applications, including pumping corrosive or toxic liquids such as fuels, glues, paints, resins, inks, or wastewater. They can also pump more viscous fluids, such as food-based products, cosmetics, and slurries containing solid materials.

The pumps are dead-head capable and achieve flow rates up to 63 LPM (16.6 GPM) and 142 LPM (37.5 GPM) while minimizing air consumption and operational noise to reduce energy costs and decrease factory environment noise and operator fatigue. The pumps feature icing-resistant air-control systems that do not require lubrication and are able to dry prime and run dry.

The high-quality machined design, unique sealing surfaces, and tight bolt configuration provide a leak-proof precision fit that ensures consistent, reliable performance and superior product containment for clean, safe operation.

The durable, simplistic and compact design of PSD Series pumps makes them easy to install, operate, and service. The simple, intuitive designed allows the pumps to run unattended through their service lives, and they can be quickly serviced in the field to minimize routine maintenance and reduce repair costs, downtime, and production loss.

PSD Series pumps require only minimal parts for a full rebuild, and they can be rebuilt in situations that would require other AODD pumps be replaced, which greatly prolong their life spans and decreases total costs of ownership. For example, the removable air motor eliminates the need to purchase an entirely new pump when the motor eventually fails.
