As a global leader in PV system technology, SMA Solar Technology AG (SMA) is now taking its customers one step further into the digitalized energy world with ennexOS: a cross-sector platform for holistic, intelligent energy management.
SynaptiQ, 3E’s hardware independent and highly flexible domain model-based PV monitoring platform (currently connected to more than 2.7 GWp), addresses the needs of professional asset managers and O&M companies. The software offers innovative solutions regarding reporting, alarm & ticket management, and performance analysis with customizable dashboards, integrated KPI’s, yield simulation functionalities and high-quality satellite data.
SMA has demonstrated the value of the open platform approach by implementing a connection template to third party portals from the Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS. The selectable connection with SynaptiQ will be available in Q3 of 2018 within SMA’s Data Manager M. In a next step, connections will be made available between the Sunny Portal and the ennexOS devices on one hand, and SynaptiQ and the 3E Data Services on the other hand.
