Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick hires experienced solar industry attorney

Full-service business law firm Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP has hired solar industry and real estate attorney Chris Delp to build on the firm’s established solar track record, which began with the rise of U.S. solar panel manufacturing.

Delp has played an active role in renewable energy construction projects – from the earliest stages of feasibility and development through final completion. He has provided guidance to project developers in Florida and across the U.S. and Latin America.

Immediately before joining Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, Delp served as in-house corporate counsel for a renewable energy manufacturing and construction company. In addition to representing the company’s legal interests, he also participated in business development.
