Scheuten Solar is an international player in the field of the design, manufacture and distribution of solar panels. With its high-quality products and PV solutions, it is active at local level with sales offices in Europe and the United States. The Dutch firm, which has manufacturing facilities in Germany, sees ample opportunities in solar energy in the UK.
The British governments proposed plans with regard to subsidized rates for solar energy will entail a growth of the solar market over the coming years. At present, small-scale private PV systems encompass the majority of the UKs solar market. According to experts, however, this will change. With the advent of the new regulations, the PV industry in the UK will be able to expand rapidly to become a mature market.
