His entry into the PV industry started in 1996 for his passion for renewable energy. With a group of stakeholders and PV high skilled technicians, in 2004 he founded Solarday, where he held a role in the Board. In 2009, he was MX Group consultant, and now he is CEO in Solarday SpA.??
After several years spent working for the Federal Polytechnic of Lausanne, in the sector of built-environment and the Swiss National Fund for Research, from 1989 to 1991 he directed the National Project in Switzerland for the launch of new telecommunication technologies. ??In 1991, he has founded his own marketing communications company Marco Gehring Communication SpA, based in Mendrisio, which collaborates with, among others, Burson Marsteller, a leading PR international network.
Cultivating his passion for literature in 1980, Gehring taught for about two years at the University of Zurich, where he took his degree in Literature and Semiotics.
