Denmark is expected to lead solar development in the Nordic region. The country will add 9 GW of PV by 2030, followed by Sweden with 3 GW. The Nordic region is set to become a European renewables powerhouse, according to an Energy organization report.
Recently the solar team in Denmark has spent one week to provide training to staff on areas such as KSTAR hybrid inverter technology, certification assistance, the opportunities and challenges of renewable energy development, energy storage analysis and product range expansion.
“It is a very positive experience for PV exploration. Our main goal in Denmark is to remain at the customer’s side, listening closely to their needs in order to be able to provide assistance when required. The energy storage system is produced by the joint venture CATL-KSTAR. We hope more customers can use the optimal products.” explained Softcontrol.
“During our training, we have been able to learn more about the client’s needs in order to adapt the training to its specific demands and help guarantee the best possible quality and mass production levels and the after-sales service.” added Lena Wang, the sales director responsible for the Denmark market from KSTAR.
To meet the global solar market demand, KSTAR has now been providing more than 35GW solar inverters and energy storage products worldwide.
About KSTAR
There are more than 3000 employees and 19 overseas branch offices in different countries since 1993. KSTAR penetrates in new energy industry and EV chargers research for many years.
Energy storage manufacturing giant CATL has partnered with Shenzhen KSTAR Science & Technology to construct a new lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility Fujian, China since 2019. The partnership focuses on a range of products and solutions, including power conversion systems (PCS), solar-plus-storage,UPS-integrated battery packs and EV chargers.
The facility, which is being developed with an overall investment of US$150 million, is expected to have an initial output of 1GWh, manufacturing both lithium-ion battery packs and integrated products targeted at the solar-plus-storage sector.
