Among the works to be completed, are the supplying and electrical assembly of 1600 modules of 250 Wp, AC/DC inverter and an assembly structure for an amount of 400 kWp.
The deadlines for the beginning and completion of the works, according to the agreement, will be the 31st of March and 30th of May 2015 respectively.
The amount of money to be deposited for the works completion will be paid in two installments, 31st of March 2015 and 31st of December 2016 and will amount to 310.000 euros net. In addition KRD Global Group will have shares in the company SPV ENERGY, firm which owns the plant.
The Dubienka's project is registered in the list of funded projects within the Regional Funds to Protect the Environment of the region of Lublin (WFOSiGW).
The company SPV ENERGY has a grid connection agreement with PGE SA operator.
These 400 Kwp are the first of an outline agreement between Novavis SA and KRD Global Group Sp z.o.o for the completion of up to 90 MW within the next three years, belonging to the current portfolio of Novavis SA in Polish territory.
