At present, ROMEELECTRO contracts the PV projects of about 1GW in Italy. As Jolywood has quality high-efficiency modules and brand advantages, ROMEELECTRO invited Jolywood to participate in the supply for important projects and provide n-type TOPCon high-efficiency modules and related services. Both parties exchanged views on future PV cooperation business. Lin Jianwei, President of Jolywood and Mirona Filipoiu, President of ROMEELECTRO attended the signing ceremony.

ROMEELECTRO, a power project integrator and contractor based in Romania, focuses on power generation, transmission, and distribution projects. With a strong commitment to exploring and leading the global green revolution, it has emerged as a significant player in the renewable energy sector. Its business covers large-scale PV plant projects, PV roof projects and wind power generation systems. With professional knowledge and extensive experience in the energy sector, it offers superior EPC solutions to developers.

In this cooperation, Jolywood will provide “1+n” services for ROMEELECTRO. With the excellent performance and quality, Jolywood's n-type high-efficiency modules have been recognized by customers, who designated Jolywood as their only “one” supplier of modules. At the same time, with years of cooperation experience in technical projects, Jolywood will recommend “n” partner manufacturers for customers to assist EPC contractors in selecting electrical auxiliary materials with higher adaptability to modules, so as to jointly bring better project operation guarantees and higher energy yield gains to end customers.

Lin Jianwei said that Europe, as the world's second largest PV market in recent years, is also a focus of Jolywood, and this is why Jolywood continues to bring cutting-edge PV technology products onto the European markets. Previously, Jolywood had rich experience in the supply for n-type large ground power stations and cooperated with many global top EPC contractors, such as CEEC and Shanghai Electric in China and Sterling&Willson in India. Recently, it reached a cooperation agreement with Dongfang Electric and CMEC on the 1GW ground power station project in the Middle East, and successfully completed delivery. This is the first cooperation between Jolywood and ROMEELECTRO. Jolywood will assist the EPC contractor in providing development solutions for local PV manufacturing infrastructures, communicate with local experts in the field of new energy, inject its leading n-type technology and experience into the local market, and offer technical guidance and related services. On the basis of complementary advantages and win-win cooperation, both parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of PV energy around technical exchanges, talent training and manufacturing innovation. Based on Romania, they will expand to the whole European market and jointly contribute to the low-carbon energy transition in Europe.

Romania is blessed with ample sunshine and suitable climate conditions in the southeastern Balkan Peninsula. It enjoys an annual average sunshine amount ranging from approximately 1,300 to 1,500 kWh/m2. In addition, the European Commission approved a €259 million aid package for Romania and plans to add 3,692 MW of new solar capacity over the next decade to drive the green energy transition in Romania and the EU.

Among the first enterprises to take the path of industrializing n-type technology in the PV industry, Jolywood has amassed cumulative shipments exceeding 8GW worldwide. It has gained rich experience in long-term overseas marketing and also contributed to renewable energy development in Europe. Jolywood remains eager to share advanced products and technologies with more partners, unyieldingly striving to advance the global energy transition.
