In this exhibition, Huawei announced the launch of Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Solution for bifacial module system for the Latin America commercial market. With the rapid informatization of people’s daily life, FusionSolar Smart PV Solution offers exceptional user experience through refined smart energy management and easy installation.
With two strings connected into one MPPT, the inverters can minimize yield loss caused by PV module mismatch and get higher yields. IP65 protection, no-fuse, and natural cooling design make smart PV plants run well at all type of harsh outdoor environment, like high temperature, high humidity, high altitude, extreme cold, sandy, salt and mist areas, and help customers maximize their ROI within the power plant life cycle.
Smart IV Curve Diagnosis can achieve online diagnosis for whole PV plant. This enables 17 types of PV module faults to be detected remotely, removing the need for on-site inspections, significantly reducing O&M costs. FusionSolar’s mission is to increase management efficiency through visible and online O&M so that no regular inspection and replacement is needed. For the rooftop commercial scenarios (1000Vdc), a portfolio of SUN2000-65KTL-M0, SUN2000-60KTL-M0, SUN2000-36KTL, and SUN2000-8/12/17/20KTL can fully meet various applications to minimize the LCOE.
Huawei showcased its new FusionSolar Utility Smart PV Solution to this exhibition as well. For the Utility-Scale ground scenarios, Huawei introduced SUN2000-100KTL-H1 (1500V) to the Latin America market. The inverter’s European efficiency is up to 98.8% and its maximum efficiency reaches 99.0%. With six maximum power point trackers (MPPTs), it could reduce mismatch and increase the yield by more than 2%. The 1500V system works at higher yields, smart O&M, and less BOS. Quick fault recovery and no need of experts onsite can be achieved through Smart PV management system. Moreover, the PLC technology substitutes for RS485 communications cables, ensuring secure and reliable PV plant communication.
Furthermore, by integrating Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Solution based on the SUN2000-105KTL-H1, bifacial PV plants can reach 10% ~ 22% increase in annual energy yield than monofacial PV plants.
