The series of showcases reinforced Deye’s commitment to delivering localized clean energy solutions and forged deeper alliances with partners and government stakeholders in the region.
The Abuja event stood out as a significant milestone. Attended by a wide spectrum of stakeholders, including energy professionals and high-ranking officials, the forum spotlighted the national relevance of energy innovation. Among the distinguished guests was also the former Chief of Staff of the Nigerian Ministry of Defence, whose presence further underscored the strategic importance of the occasion. Notably, Major General Gabriel Ochigbano, Chief of Defence Logistics at the Nigerian Defence Headquarters, emphasized the strategic role of renewable energy in national development. “Energy security is national security,” he affirmed, officially authorizing Deye as Nigeria’s designated renewable energy supplier—a formal recognition of Deye’s technological leadership and long-term commitment to the country.
Additionally, Mali roadshow was represented by several key figures such as M. Siaka Camara, President of the Special Delegation of the Municipality of Commune 4, Bamako and the Representative of the Minister of Energy and Water.
Spotlight: Off-Grid Residential and C&I Solutions
Deye’s off-grid home storage system was another focus area. At the heart of the solution lies Deye’s SUN-6K-OG01LP1-EU inverter, a compact yet powerful off-grid inverter capable of delivering up to twice its rated power for 10 seconds, ideal for starting high-demand appliances. Up to 32 units can be connected in parallel, supporting up to 327kWh of energy capacity—making it flexible for everything from small homes to remote compounds.
Battery options such as the SE-F5 (5.12kWh) and SE-F12 (10.24kWh) models support modular expansion, allowing users to start small and scale up over time. Each unit includes advanced BMS protection and is designed for simple, stackable installation
This system is built for African environments: IP65-rated off-grid inverter for dust and water protection, and tested for stable operation in extreme temperatures from -20°C to 55°C. It also features a quick-switch function, enabling sub-second transition to backup power when the grid fails, and is generator-compatible for hybrid power setups.
For commercial and industrial applications, Deye unveiled its flagship 100kW C&I Energy Storage Solution, a fully modular system composed of PCS, MPPT, and STS modules. This system provides exceptional power flexibility—capable of delivering up to 170% peak AC output without the need for additional diesel generators.
At its core is the PCS (Power Conversion System) module, which efficiently converts energy from PV and batteries into usable AC power. Engineered with bidirectional DC-DC architecture, it supports maximum charge/discharge currents of 175A and operates within a battery voltage range of 630V to 1000V. Up to 20 PCS units can be connected in parallel, forming a robust 2.5MW system to meet expanding power demands.
Complementing the PCS module is Deye’s BOS-B battery system, delivering 215kWh per cluster and scalable up to 16 clusters per PCS. With advanced safety features including AI-powered thermal monitoring, remote firmware upgrades, and integrated aerosol fire suppression, the system ensures both reliability and protection for critical operations.
At the exhibition site, guests experienced Deye’s L430 C&I PV-BESS-EV Charging Integrated Solution in action. Deye unveiled a working prototype of its smart EV charging station, surrounded by electric vehicles to demonstrate seamless energy integration. The live demonstration offered a tangible glimpse into how Deye's technology supports Nigeria’s transition toward energy independence.
In Bamako, Lagos and Abuja, Deye further demonstrated its innovation leadership by presenting the Low-voltage Residential ESS Solutions, including a line up of highly compatible lithium batteries: SE-G5.1; SE-G10.2; RW-L Series and RW-F16,and intelligent IoT energy management tools —underscoring the company’s full-spectrum capabilities in both residential and commercial domains.
From grassroots electrification to national infrastructure, Deye’s solutions are engineered to meet Africa’s diverse energy needs. The 2025 West Africa Roadshow signals not just a product launch, but a regional commitment: to power communities, grow industries, and support governments in building a cleaner, more resilient future.
