With more than 35,000 systems installed worldwide, DEGERenergie is the global market leader for solar tracking systems.
Together with its new Australian distribution partner Solar Inverters Pty Ltd., DEGERenergie participated in the Clean Energy Week. According to Christopher Seng, area sales manager of DEGERenergie, the companys presentation at the Solar Inverters booth was a great success.
At the moment, against the backdrop of falling feed-in tariffs, the demand for off-grid solutions and units for the self-supply of factories, schools and public buildings is growing fast in Australia. With the high and steadily increasing yield possible thanks to our MLD technology, we can perfectly meet this demand, he says.
The fair has even more convinced us that, in the medium term, we will be very successful on the Australian market, adds Seng. On this account, we are already making every effort to also solidify our excellent position as world market leader in Australia. Part of our strategy is to begin production in Australia, starting from the third quarter of this year. This way, we want to give our local customers an additional financial incentive to integrate DEGERtraker systems into their solar farms.
To further enhance its popularity, DEGERenergie will present its MLD technology at the All-Energy Australia 2011 trade fair in October.
Together with its distribution partner Solar Inverters Pty Ltd., DEGERenergie is currently establishing a showcase project in New South Wales, where DEGERenergies systems are presented live. For the showcase, six type 5000HD DEGERtraker systems are being installed. Christopher Seng: The Australian states offer targeted subsidies for smaller projects. This way, individual projects equipped with two to six 5000HD DEGERtraker systems are especially economically attractive.
