Conergy systems: all from one source

Share

As the only solar company worldwide, Conergy produces all the necessary components for a solar installation in-house. Thus, Conergy can match its system technology perfectly, optimise the interfaces between the individual components and reduce inefficiencies.

The resulting high-performance systems aretherefore all from a single source. They deliver higher yields and enable faster, simpler and more cost-effective assembly. In the autumn of last year, the Conergy Complete 700 for large free-field power plants represented the anacrusis. At Intersolar 2011, the two “little brothers” for the residential area now follow its example. The Conergy Complete 300 as a roof-top system and the Conergy Complete 200 as a roof-integrated system. Therefore, the company from Hamburg is able to offer tailored system solutions for all segments.

Conergy Complete 300 – Black is beautiful

Attention homeowners: It does not only look elegant in black, there is also a lot more to it. Specifically designed for roof-top installations, the Conergy Complete 300 convinces the end customer through its appearance and the newly developed black module, which creates a uniform surface due to the minimal module spacing. It scores points with the installer because of the timesaving assembly: With the new Roof QuickFix, the modules can be mounted on the mounting system without tools – even with only one man on the roof.

Conergy Complete 200 – the roof-integrated system with the "little black one"

Free-field, roof-top – and now roof-integrated. In addition to the Conergy Complete 700 for free-field installations and the Conergy Complete 300 for roof-top installations, the system manufacturer from Hamburgnow presents its new synchronised roof-integrated system at Intersolar. The new Conergy Complete 200 in the "little black one" is aesthetically integrated into the roof area. For this purpose, Conergy has developed special black frameless laminates that are used as water-bearing stratum. Here, too, next to the aesthetics, the quick and easy installation is in the foreground, thanks to the click-rail system.

OWN CONSUMPTION 2.0

Own consumption was the topic of the year in 2010 – in 2011, the further development of an own consumption solution is predominantly in the foreground, especially the integration of storage solutions. At Intersolar, Conergy introduces its prototype, which is currently being field-tested with over twenty private customers and scrutinised in great detail.

Hybrid-Inverter with a Storage Solution – Own Consumption 2.0

Own consumption reaches new heights: For Conergy customers this is not just a dream of the future, butcan be reality. With the new Conergy hybrid inverter with a storage function, the own consumption 2.0 and with it a sunny energy revolution comes within reach: Through this new solution the customer is able to use the clean electricity from his/her own roof-top even in the evening or at night and thus avoid risky nuclear power. Intersolar visitors can have a look at the future of modern energy management and the storage technology at the Conergy stand. Here, Conergy will present the prototype of the new energy storage system for private households. This is based on lithium-ion technology. These are used in many electric cars of the future and is characterised through an above-average storage density and durability, even with numerous loading and discharge cycles.

COMPONENTS

In addition to the tailored, well-matched systems, Conergy offers its customers, improvements, new product generations and solutions in the range of components and Conergy system technology – from the module and the inverter up to the mounting system.

Conergy PowerPlus – Higher Efficiency Classes

The masterpiece is becoming even better – beautiful on the outside and powerful within. In the future, the PowerPlus module will not only be available in different design variations, but also in higher performance classes. Moreover, the product properties were optimised further and the modules from the ultra-modern factory in Brandenburg’s Frankfurt (Oder)will be capable to withstand even more extreme environmental conditions. Looking at the entire portfolio also proves exciting: what started as a standardised module, presents itself as a comprehensive module-“family”, with products like the small 48-cell module up to the 96-cellmodules for the free-field solar power systems. More shall be revealed at the exhibition.

Conergy IPG 350 C Central Inverter – Same Space, More Performance

Conergy’s own inverters convert the electricity from the PowerPlus modules. They are perfectly tuned to Conergy module properties. With the new central inverters, Conergy IPG 350 C, Conergy expanded its product range and once again increased the power generated per surface. The transformer-free “big brother” of the already available 300 kW inverter is the same size, yetmore powerful: It reaches an AC nominal output of 350 kilowatts. But most of all, the IPG 350 C operates very efficiently. This is ensured by a peak efficiency of 98.7 percent, lightning fast MPP-Tracking with optimal yields even in low-light conditions and an effective cooling system. Moreover, the Conergy IPG 350 C meets all requirements of the medium-voltage directive, is simple and easy to install and comes with many features that are not integrated into other devices. Same space – but more in it.

Conergy SunTop Trapez – Better Structure & Easier Installation on Commercial Roof-tops

The established mounting system Conergy SunTop usually is used on private pitched roof-tops. For commercial trapezoid rooftops, Conergy has now developed another tailored solution, the SunTop’s mounting systems “big brother”: The Conergy SunTop Trapez. The new mounting system ensures a quick and cost-effective installation of solar modules. The new product by the company from Hamburg provides the installation engineer with complete flexibility: A quick and easy attachment to the trapezoidal panels through a special hook-technology. The holders in use can simply be shifted along the rail and flexibly positioned. The new Conergy mounting system is also height adjustable, so that roof irregularities can easily be compensated for.

Conergy SolarFamulus Air – Aircraft Technology for Flat Roofs

The new Conergy mounting system for flat roofs convinces through optimal aerodynamics and minimum roof loads. Developed by an aircraft designer, the new mounting system Conergy SolarFamulus Air is ideal for foil- or lightweight-roofs. Many years of experience have gone into lightly ballasted roof system without penetration. Therefore, the new system cannot only be used on very thin, fragile rooftops, but also offers the installation engineer maximum flexibility and a quick pre-assembly process due to the small number of components.
