Bisol’s laboratory experts are constantly working on new technological innovations to help fulfill customer–specific needs and expectations regarding photovoltaic technology performance.

Bisol mounting systems combine superior design and durability for extremely easy installation and long-term performance.Bisol ’s latest developments are: quick-mounting rails with the innovative click-system, mounting brackets, appropriate for different types of roofs, aluminium triangular understructures and a polyethylene plastic base. A triangular understructure is suitable for flat roofs.

Aluminium makes it lightweight yet robust, and L-shape sections can be used for different types of flat roofs. The innovative plastic base allows for the construction of an aerodynamic structure without having to penetrate the roof.

Its design reflects an expert understanding of the laws of thermodynamics, providing more efficient cooling of the photovoltaic modules. The plastic base weighs much less than the typical aluminium parts, and is extremely easy to install. Thus, weight and costs of the base can be reduced by up to 20 percent, while set-up time can be reduced by more than 80 percent.

Due to the unlimited use of mounting systems in any snow or wind load zone and the design, which enables easy and fast module installation, there is exceptional interest in their purchase in Belgium and Great Britain.

All mounting systems are made of select, high-quality materials. All quick-mounting rails are made of aluminium EN-AW 6063 T66, and all roof attachments are made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304). The load carrying capacity of all understructure elements is calculated in accordance with the European EC Eurocode standard.
