The manufacturer is looking back on the most successful first half of the year in its company history. The anniversary year is characterised by new products, customer campaigns as well as team-building measures for the continuously expanding team.
novotegra GmbH started with the market launch of the new novotegra mounting system for green roof, which has been available since April and for which many orders are already being planned. The system is available exclusively in the web shop of sister company BayWa r.e. Solar Energy Systems GmbH.
The announced anniversary promotions have so far been realised through two competitions with attractive prizes. Here, the manufacturer was looking for novotegra reference systems.
novotegra was already able to significantly increase its number of employees last year and strengthen itself in all areas of the company; this has also continued in the first half of 2022. In addition, the team developed and defined its own corporate mission statement, which guides novotegra employees through their daily work and reminds them of the common understanding of the world.
The novotegra brand will be further established on the market. To create a common ground, the 5th novotagra Summit took place with all colleagues from all over Europe. There was a lively exchange about product innovations, local needs and the growth strategy for the next few years.
The mounting system manufacturer was also present at Intersolar with its own stand, new products and a strong team.
