Brazil receives requests for 300 MW of PV
Twelve requests for regulatory authorization to develop and operate photovoltaic plants worth a total of 300 MW have been received since mid-March, according to Brazils national electricity regulator.

Key to the research, is that the study factors in a carbon price between AUD50 AUD100/ton, which would make even the most efficient coal-fired plants cost uncompetitive.
