On 4-5 December, ITALIA SOLARE is organizing its flagship event the “ITALIA SOLARE Forum 2023” which will be a hybrid format, in-person and online.
The 2023 Forum convenes key stakeholders in a discussion about the future of the PV sector at a critical moment both for the energy transition and the Italian economy. The rapid adoption of solar energy is a much-debated topic that connects to issues regarding climate policy, geopolitical trends, green finance and the sustainable manufacturing of solar panels and PV equipment. At the same time, Italy is keenly aware of the importance of security of supply, wealth redistribution, protecting human health and industrial development. With this backdrop, recent regulatory developments present us with a range of open topics to examine together: eligible areas, burden sharing, PNIEC, electricity market reform and RePowerEU.
The aim of Forum 2023, now in its eughth edition, is to help position Italy as the leading country, at European level, in this now inevitable energy transition. Technology is constantly evolving, legislation is developing, and the increasingly structured supply chain is ready to play its part in this paradigm shift.
The Forum Italia Solare 2023 on 4-5 December will bring together institutions, PV companies and sector experts to discuss how and when we can achieve the 2030-2050 photovoltaic development objectives for the three sectors: residential, industrial and utility scale.
