JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares of China-based Shanghai Jinglong Solar Technology Co., Ltd.

Phoenix Solar to see substantial increase in consolidated revenue following proposed German FITs compromise
