The total price of the sale is €39.7 million (US$43 million). Aktina Wind will pay €37.8 million up front and take on specified liabilities associated with the projects worth €1.9 million.

Sky Solar has been active in Greece’s PV market since 2012, and last year announced plans for further investment in Japan.
