Martifer Solar expands Spanish O&M portfolio by 31 MW

Martifer SGPS subsidiary, Martifer Solar has added seven ground-mounted solar PV plants located in the center and south east of Spain to its O&M portfolio. The contracts, totaling 31 MW, came from Eland Private Equity and European Energy.

"These new contracts means another important step towards the goal of duplicate our O&M portfolio in this business and is in line with our future global strategy of providing O&M Services worldwide," said Henrique Rodrigues, CEO of Martifer Solar.

No further details were provided and the company was not immediately available for comment.

Overall, the Portuguese solar company has 100 MW worth of projects in its Spanish O&M portfolio, and more than 600 MW worldwide. Operating in Europe, North and Latin America, Africa and Asia, it has also developed more than 670 MW of PV projects and offers EPC services.
