The company states that the Multi-Contact battery cable connectors are characterized by a high user safety level with protection class IP2X in the mated state. The BCC system is said to have low contact resistance, and low plugging and withdrawal forces. There is also a small space requirement for plugging and unplugging and it comes as a complete solution which includes cables. The BCC system has a rated voltage of 300V and a rated current of 165A. Its limiting temperature lies between -30 and +70 degrees Celsius.
