Under the deal, Neo Solar Power will to provide Day4 with photovoltaics cells throughout next year. It is not yet clear, how much the agreement is worth, or the quantity of cells to be supplied.

The companies began working with one another earlier this year, although no official arrangements were made until now.

"The confirmed co-operation from NSP strengthens Day4's cell supply through 2011 ensuring both Day4 Energy, as well as our Day4 solarSYSTEMS manufacturing franchise partners, have everything required to be successful," said George Rubin, president of Day4 Energy. "We look forward to expanding on the foundation of successful cooperation we have put in place during the past year with NSP."
