Located on a Parts Europe GmbH warehouse, the installation is comprised of more than 5,400 Solyndra panels, which says Solyndra, is its largest system in Germany to date, and the second largest worldwide. It added that the project was completed in under ten weeks.
The company went on to explain that the project covers 13,000 square meters of rooftop with Evalon waterproofing membrane and approximately 10,700 square meters of rooftop with solar panels. Additionally, more than 33,000 meters of cable were used in the project.
