UL signs agreement of collaboration with CENER for PV modules
Safety testing and certification services company Underwriters Laboratories (UL) has signed an agreement with the National Renewable Energy Centre of Spain, CENER to cooperate in the field of testing and certification of photovoltaic (PV) modules.
The agreement means both parties can offer PV manufacturers the chance to test and certify their products according to national and international standards, as well as to UL standards via one testing facility.
The aim is to provide companies with faster, more cost effective access to international PV markets, in particular to North-America.
